Bar Exam: Is the Bar Leading Candidates Astray? Me Félicité Esther ZEIFMAN, a lawyer at the Paris Bar, in a recent caustic and sarcastic statement, is outraged that: “the Bar Association of Cameroon led by the ‘new Minister of Justice’ has, in the press release…prescribed new conditions, some of which barely make the candidates’ applications admissible.
